Description:

The Prepared Produce Supervisor models, delivers, and teaches exceptional Guest Service. In partnership with the Prepared Produce Team Leader, they help hold Team Members accountable to consistently achieve the highest level of Guest satisfaction. This role ensures Produce Team Members are properly trained and supported in product knowledge, rotation standards, merchandising expectations, and closing procedures.

Comfortable coaching and supporting Team Members to drive consistent execution and Guest satisfaction.

What you will bring

Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in produce.

Vast produce product knowledge, including merchandising and rotation standards.

Ability to train Team Members on proper rotation techniques, closing procedures, and department standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.

Ability to bend, stoop, and grasp objects; climb ladders.

Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted; push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

What you will do

Model, provide, and teach exceptional Guest Service every shift.

Partner with the Prepared Produce Team Leader to hold Team Members accountable to deliver the highest level of Guest satisfaction.

Support department performance goals, including achieving a 90% or higher average on Mystery Shop scores.

Train, mentor, and coach Team Members on product knowledge, proper rotation, merchandising standards, and closing procedures.

Provide ongoing supervision and support to ensure Team Members are set up for success.

Effectively resolve Guest issues and escalate concerns as needed.

Communicate Team Member issues to the Produce Team Leader and Store Leadership in a timely manner.

Assist with the sampling program by keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing.

Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.

Provide feedback to the Prepared Produce Team Leader to support performance reviews and development conversations.

Ensure Team Member compliance with all relevant Plum Market policies, procedures, and standards.
