Job Summary

Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility located at the client's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. As part of this work, the M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading-edge chipmaking facility — a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success. The project supports the continued expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain while creating significant opportunity for the local Arizona workforce. Joining the Fab 62 team means contributing directly to one of the most strategically important construction efforts in the United States and helping deliver the infrastructure behind the next generation of microelectronics.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the cost engineering and cost analysis/control activities for projects with significant non-routine requirements which require a high degree of technical skill. You will prepare monthly cost deliverables and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure alignment and timeliness of cost-related inputs. Your detailed analysis will provide innovative solutions to cost engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation of cost monitoring and control standards, techniques, systems, and reports.
• Assists in developing and assigning specific project cost accounts and recommends appropriate modifications and revisions.
• Prepares and coordinates the support for monthly invoices, reconciles the monthly project billings and their coding.
• Coordinates the development and accuracy of PSERV, CoCo, QURR etc.
• Verifies consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility and consistency.
• Performs performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications, including the consistent use of applicable procedures.
• Prepares specific budgets and assist with their allocation in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems driven by data.
• Strong knowledge of the company's financial reporting systems (CFAR), controller account codes, cost management system (EcoSys), and the digital supply chain system (DSCS).
• Must have excellent communications and presentation skills to combine sound analytical cost engineering principles with the ability to summarize, reach appropriate conclusions, and implement cost containment plans.
• Demonstrated flexibility to respond to urgent project requests and/or changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Preferred experience in Data Centers and/or Semiconductors industries.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required; OR 9–12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
