Senior Manager, Product Management and Development - Medicare Advantage

Lead product strategy initiatives for assigned Medicare Advantage markets Act as the main point of contact for the Product Strategy team and functional areas such as sales and actuarial Provide subject matter expertise and perform complex analytics Interpret legislative, competitive and industry issues to recommend new products or product enhancements Develop, refine and execute national and market-focused product guidance and standards Develop product requirements and roadmaps Incorporate customer feedback into product strategy Collaborate cross-functionally to generate new product ideas Plan decommissioning of underperforming products or features, including customer-impact communications and alternatives Support long-term product vision and strategy and communicate project plans Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, competitor benefit designs and strategic opportunities Support ad hoc special projects Requirements 3–5 years of Medicare Advantage product experience Previous experience working cross functionally within a highly matrixed health plan 3+ years developing product strategies, working with competitive data and cross-functional partners Experience driving and contributing to cost containment strategies Strong analytical skills and experience working with plan benefit data sets Experience developing product content/PPT Strong leadership presentation ability Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Must reside within a 25 mile radius of a CVS Health office Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Medicare Advantage product strategy, including the development and execution of product requirements and roadmaps.
