Your Role - What You Will Do

• Conduct a variety of daily laboratory tests across multiple modalities-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Ensure the precision of test results by evaluating findings, identifying any discrepancies, and maintaining instruments through regular calibration and preventative care.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for further testing to support lab efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document all laboratory activities concisely, mentor new employees or trainees, and pursue excellence in upholding quality standards.
• Ensure a sterile, organized workspace while complying with national and state regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field, alongside ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications Required

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of hire.
• Maintain your certification throughout the duration of employment with us.
