A manufacturing company is currently seeking a detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to oversee the efficient operation of production machinery, uphold product quality standards, and promptly communicate any issues to their supervisor. This position offers a first shift schedule from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Mill Machines during production runs, conduct thorough product inspections, and ensure the maintenance of high-quality output
• Leave machinery in optimal working condition and promptly escalate any malfunctions to the department lead
• Make necessary tool offsets and perform tooling changes as required
• Maintain cleanliness in the machine area, workstations, and surrounding environment
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED; completion of vocational school training in electrical principles and troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in light industry or the machine tool industry required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with at least 3 years of experience operating production machines.
• Ability to make informed decisions regarding material selection, problem-solving, and seeking external support when necessary.
• Capable of thriving in a high-pressure work environment and managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong focus on safety and reliability in the workplace.
