Business Office Manager
Location: Clearwater, FL

Our 76-bed skilled nursing facility in Clearwater, FL, offers a warm and home-like environment for healing, recovery, and daily living. As a Business Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business office and supporting our exceptional care services.
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the business office's daily operations, including accounting, billing, and insurance claims. Your expertise will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as effective management of our Medicaid and managed care programs.
Responsibilities:
Manage the business office's daily operations, including accounting, billing, and insurance claims
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including Medicaid and managed care programs
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party insurance companies
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Oversee the processing of Medicaid pending and managed Medicaid claims
Analyze and resolve billing and insurance issues
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
Requirements:
2 years of SNF Business Office Manager experience, minimum
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with third-party insurance companies
Knowledge of Medicaid pending and managed Medicaid processes/guidelines
