Project Engineer

Traveling Project EngineerL. F. Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is looking to hire a Traveling Project Engineer to support our data center projects in the Northeast and Midwest regions. The Project Engineer is to ensure that the team is unified and that the product that Estimating, Purchasing, Operations and Accounting produces is of the quality and content expected of their client's and organization's standards.The Project Engineer main points of focus should be:Serve as the primary client contact and lead for all estimating and project management operations for specific client accounts.Coordinate all bidding and operational coordination with subcontractors and/or third party general contractors, as required per each project.Support the local teams to achieve operational excellence.Supporting on-boarding and training of STOBG personnel and local subcontractors.Supporting on-boarding and training of client and partner personnel.Motivating a unified team focused on organizational and account goals.Schedule adherence.Help facilitate the behavior of all parties working within the platform to ensure we are gathering the appropriate data, KPI's, etc. for our internal use and our client's success.Monitoring and evaluating KPI's across their region to identify opportunities for improvement of processes and project team performance for all team members (end to end).Position Requirements and Qualifications:B.S.
