Teller Retail Banker

Responsibilities Achieve sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services that benefit customers. Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance. Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintaining automated teller machines. Use problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining the Woodforest Experience standard. Position Branch Banking Retail Banker – Full time, no supervisory responsibilities. Location Alabama – Millbrook (AL-MB WM-8067) Minimum Qualifications 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience, OR an Associate's degree with 1 year of such experience, OR a Bachelor's degree. Must be positive and engaging. Preferred but not required: prior in‑store banking experience. Formal Education & Certification High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Work Status Full time. Travel Little to no overnight travel expected; may occasionally cover nearby branches up to 45 miles. Working Conditions Conditions include standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting briefly, and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs.
