This training consists of both formal classes and project-style training while being mentored by an experienced area expert.Develop innovative composite materials that meet functional product specifications, factoring in the product, material, process, and measurement.Secure the implementation of test plans by inputting test requests into systemsPerform experimental tests and material characterizationsSummarize and send their results to the department and to their partners and databases, assuring capitalization by issuing reports, summaries, etc. to sustain the métier.Be the communications liaison between the Materials Testing lab and the Materials departmentWhat you will bringSelf-motivation with a high degree of integrity and able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.Intellectual curiosity and a spirit of continuous learning and adaptability.Leadership, communication, organizational, and technical skills.Bachelors, Masters or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (ex.
