Accounts Receivable Manager

We are partnering with a company in Boston, MA who is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Manager to their team. This role will oversee the accounts receivable function, manage billing and collections processes, and lead a team while ensuring timely cash collections and strong customer relationships. This position is fully onsite in Boston. Responsibilities Oversee the daily Accounts Receivable, billing, and collections functions Manage and mentor the AR team to ensure efficient operations Monitor aging reports and drive collection efforts to reduce outstanding balances Review customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Partner with internal departments to improve cash flow and collection processes Prepare AR reports and analyze collection metrics for leadership Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations Develop and maintain AR policies and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Current or recent billing and/or collections management experience required Prior experience leading or supervising an AR or collections team Strong understanding of cash applications, billing, and collections processes Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation $90K-$105K depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Roessel Joy
