Job Description A well-established, highly respected litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Electronic Billing Manager to co-lead and oversee its e-billing operations. What You'll Do
- Co-manage the firm's electronic billing operations and billing specialists.
- Oversee the complete e-billing cycle, ensuring timely, accurate invoice submission and compliance with client billing guidelines.
- Review, resolve, and troubleshoot billing discrepancies while maintaining strong relationships with attorneys, clients, and internal departments.
- Monitor revenue trends, prepare financial reports, and identify opportunities to improve billing processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal billing requirements and client-specific electronic billing standards.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the billing team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of billing experience , preferably within a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of legal billing practices and electronic billing systems.
- Experience with Elite 3E billing software is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
