Globallogic's customer is the largest retail pharmacy, health and daily living destination across the USA and Europe. It is a global leader in pharmacy-led, health and wellbeing retail and, together with the companies in which it has equity method investments, has over 13,200 stores in 11 countries as well as one of the largest global pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution networks, with over 390 distribution centers delivering to more than 230,000 pharmacies, doctors, health centers and hospitals each year in more than 20 countries.


GlobalLogic is looking for a new talent to join our rapidly growing team established for worldwide retail pharmacy company. Our teams are co-located with customer in Deerfield, IL. We deliver various services in this strategic partnership to build new pharmacy platform: Product architecture and development , Integration, DevOps, User Experience and Design, Agile coaching.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed within the USA to be $120K to $130K and reflects base salary only and does not include additional performance-linked variable compensation, benefits etc that may be applicable for the role. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.

Job responsibilities


• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize business and customer requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
• Coordinate product releases and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support to drive product adoption.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates regularly.
