Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will define and communicate a compelling technical product vision, develop and manage roadmaps for platforms and systems, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, business objectives, and long-term sustainability. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a compelling technical product vision.
• Develop and manage roadmaps for platforms and systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Operate as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and applicable privacy laws and regulations.
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritization for technical features, platform enhancements, and infrastructure capabilities.
• Gather insights from internal users and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities, translating feedback into actionable technical solutions.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure successful delivery of technical products, facilitate decision-making, and remove roadblocks.
• Define and track technical KPIs and OKRs to measure platform performance, reliability, and business impact, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor Product Owners and team members, fostering growth in technical product management practices and agile methodologies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in platform capabilities and technical product offerings.
• Ensure technical products align with architectural standards, enterprise priorities, and long-term strategic goals, making trade-offs that optimize for scalability and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL (2-3 years).
• Experience in Project Management (3-5 years).
• Proficiency in User Story Writing (1-3 years).
• Experience in Requirements Development (1-3 years).
• Familiarity with Snowflake (1-2 years).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in product ownership or technical product management with a strong track record of delivering complex technical solutions.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with engineering and architecture teams.
• Deep understanding of platform development, SQL, data design principles, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.

Pay Range: $50- $57

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
