Implementation Specialist I / Client Onboarding

ADP is hiring Implementation Specialists for client onboarding. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Onboard clients, creating exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation and helping them confidently use our products. Implement ADP technologies by analyzing existing systems and business processes, recommending and integrating new processes, tools, and approaches. Partner internally with sales and customer service associates, sharing routine information with the client project team and addressing priorities and issues as they arise. Multi‑task and communicate by managing time‑sensitive follow‑ups and projects, sharing essential information with clients and internal teams. Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, including increased phone time during peak seasons.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

Prior experience is not required; ADP provides comprehensive training. Availability to work overtime during peak seasons.

Base salary offers vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation such as bonus, equity, or commissions.
