Unit info: Aortic Valves, Mitral Valves, ASD, Redo Surgeries, Esophagogastrectomy, CABG with and without valve repair/replace, VATS, Thoracotomy, Mediastinoscopy, Mitral Clip, TAVR, Ascending Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Groin Exploration, Port a Cath Placement, Robotic Thoracic Surgery, Carotid Endarterectomy, IABP insertion and removal, Myxoma Removal, Pneumoncetomy, Chamberlin Procedure, Tracheostomy, VSD.

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics. Special Equipment: Transcribed 04.01.24 gm #Tier2 Travel Compliance. Candidate must go into the lab within 48 hours after signing. All testing must be completed within 48 hours. Submission Process: All units are utilizing Clinical for direct profile review. Submission Details: Former Novant/New Hanover employees (PERM/PRN/EP) must wait 12 months before applying. Disclosure required (with hospital name/dates employed) at submission; facility approval needed. Current travel Per Diem clinicians aren't eligible for travel contracts they must choose one. Include status and intent in the submission. Local candidates (50 miles): Lower rate applies. RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays). Must work 2 of 3 major holidays. No RTO during first week. All RTO must be pre-approved. Cannot request additional RTO after signing. NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal. Floating: Candidates must be open to floating within/near facility per job description. Travel pairs: Allowed (must be on different units and disclosed). Charting: See job description. References can be pending at submission. Modules: Pre-start modules are non-billable, time spent on modules should be margined separately from orientation hours. Acute Care: ~8-10 hours of modules.
