What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyadhering to established protocols to ensure reliable results.
• Scrutinize test outcomes for precision, address any discrepancies, and manage the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support the collection of specimens and the preparation of samples for testing, as necessary.
• Document all processes in detail, provide training to newly hired staff or students, and help uphold the laboratory's high standards of quality.
• Ensure a tidy and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health discipline, accompanied by ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of joining.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
