Calibration Technician Position

Cardinal Staffing is interviewing for a Calibration Technician position in Burton Mi. We're looking for candidates who will be comfortable working overtime and weekends for a company that has a lot of growth opportunities.

Pay: $17

Shift: Regular hours will be 1st shift, which is currently 6 am – 4 pm Monday – Friday.

Job Description

Fully participate in and support the Extreme Precision Screw Products Quality System.

Overall responsibility of ensuring all Extreme Precision Screw Products defined gages are tracked through the calibration system as per the Quality System.

Responsible for overall verification and calibration of gages while reviewing and accurately filing all certifications and test reports.

Responsible for assisting personnel with all needs related to gages including issuing, maintaining, and monitoring gages.

Responsible for creating Purchase Orders and shipping all calibration related outsourced processes, as well as receiving and inspecting all shipments.

Responsible for performing on the job audits.

Responsible for planning, updating, and receiving all open calibration Vendor Purchase Orders.

Assist Quality Manager, as needed.

Required Internal Training

Foreign Object Debris (FOD)

Manufacturing Test Equipment

Safety

Quality System Overview

Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to read drawings.

Must be able to use Manufacturing Test Equipment.

Basic computer skills.

Must be familiar with basic mathematics.

Knowledge and Skills Preferred

Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.

Full Understanding ISO 17025
