Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Call Center

Meriden Area, CT | $20/hour | Full-Time Temporary | Monday–Friday

Healthcare & Call Center Experience Required

A.R. Mazzotta is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a healthcare-focused call center in the Meriden area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who has worked in a medical, healthcare, or medical insurance environment and has call center experience.

In this role, you’ll assist customers with insurance-related questions, provide information, and offer general assistance while delivering professional, customer-focused service.

What will make you successful:

• Call center experience is required
• Previous experience in healthcare, a medical office, or medical insurance is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable answering questions and assisting customers by phone
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs and systems
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy call center environment
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay : $20/hour
