Position Summary:
The IT Program Delivery is responsible for planning, coordinating, aligning, and leading enterprise initiatives to ensure strategy, operations, and digital technologies function as a cohesive system. This role partners with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into coordinated execution, breaking down silos and optimizing value streams without direct ownership of delivery teams. Actively plans, coordinates, and manages IT strategy and planning activities across platforms and initiatives, working closely with technologists, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure technical and operational alignment. Serves as a cross functional integrator, leveraging systems thinking and strong technology skills to drive initiatives efficiently from concept through implementation and realized value. May provide work direction on small, medium, and large-scale enterprise or IT initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in enterprise coordination, digital deployment, transformation, program management, service management, project management, or a related functionaltechnical role.
- ITIL v4 or later certification, with demonstrated experience applying IT service management principles in a practical, enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of and/or certification in project management, process improvement, or related disciplines (e.g., Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
- Experience planning and leading improvement initiatives across multiple systems, platforms, or business units.
- Working knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including applications, platforms, integrations, and data flows.
- Proven experience partnering with business stakeholders, technologists, operations, and vendors to align execution activities.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating processes, dependencies, and enterprise impacts.
- Experience leading strategytoexecution activities such as initiative planning, dependency management, and delivery coordination.
- Ability to facilitate crossfunctional meetings, working sessions, and alignment forums.
- Strong documentation skills for execution plans, deployment readiness of materials, process flows, and status reporting.
- Familiarity with change enablement practices including readiness, adoption, and communication support.
- Proficient in common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration boards, diagramming or workflow tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with flexibility in managing daily priorities while collaborating across teams.

- Analyze enterprise strategic and operational objectives to translate intent into coordinated, executable initiatives.
- Identify interdependencies, sequencing, and alignment gaps across teams, functions, and platforms.
- Apply systems thinking and valuestream principles to improve flow from concept through realized value.
- Partner with leadership to support prioritization, tradeoff decisions, and execution clarity.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct digital deployment activities across platforms, products, and initiatives.
- Work closely with business, operational, and technical teams to align delivery activities.
- Coordinate deployment readiness activities including timelines, dependencies, cutover planning, and stabilization.
- Ensure digital initiatives align with enterprise architecture, operational needs, and business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
- Facilitate crossfunctional working sessions, execution forums, and alignment checkpoints.
- Identify and resolve crossprocess issues that impede execution or value realization.
- Influence outcomes through collaboration and coordination without direct ownership of delivery teams.
- Partners with shared services teams and business stakeholders to integrate readiness, communication, and adoption activities into execution plans.
- Serve as a liaison and stakeholder in the development of deployment communications, stakeholder engagement materials, and training approaches.
- Monitor adoption, operational impact, and realized outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
- Reinforce alignment between deployed solutions, business processes, and user needs.
- Track initiative progress, risks, issues, and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
- Support and manage governance processes by providing visibility into execution status and value delivery.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enterprise coordination practices, deployment methods, and execution models.
