Apply today!The Position: LINE LEAD COOK The Line Lead Cook plays a critical role in maintaining high standards in preparing quality food for RoadHouse guests. The Line Lead Cook is a positive and professional team player who has leadership skills, a keen attention to detail and operates with a strong sense of urgency. Line Lead Cook duties include:Setting up and stocking area suppliesPreparing ingredients for cookingEnsuring food comes out per presentation requirements, and in a timely fashionCross training staff on menu itemsReading and executing food ticketsSupervising the lineTaking pride in keeping the area clean and well organized Assisting the Head and Sous Chefs as neededMust have the following qualifications:Ability to work and familiar with a Brigade style line Familiar with cooking techniques and proceduresMust obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hireMust be 19 years of age or olderMust be able to work weekends, nights and holidaysBenefits and Perks:This position offers competitive compensation, and benefits after meeting eligibility requirements.
