What You'll Do ● Connect with real estate investors and build your client base
● Match clients with exclusive off-market properties
● Guide deals from first conversation to closing
● Continue to grow your income using our proven systems and support from a team with decades of experience
● Performance-based compensation with uncapped commissions
● Independent contractor (1099) structure
● Full time In-office role with a collaborative, high-energy team
● State of the art training with priority focus on new members’ initial success
● Access to industry leading technology, including our proprietary Marketplace, the New Western app, in-house marketing team, and advanced analytics to continuously drive high level success
● Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals
