Deck Coating & Waterproofing Technician Hiring Immediately | Full-Time | San Diego County

We are growing rapidly and are actively seeking an experienced Deck Coating & Waterproofing Technician to join our team immediately.

If you have hands-on experience with deck coatings, waterproofing systems, balcony restoration, or repairs to elevated exterior elements, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Be Doing

Install and repair deck coating systems

Perform waterproofing applications on decks, balconies, walkways, and exterior elevated elements

Surface preparation, including grinding, patching, and substrate repairs

Assist with dry rot remediation and structural repairs as needed

Work alongside carpentry and restoration crews

Follow manufacturer specifications and company quality standards

Maintain safe and professional job sites

Preferred Experience

5+ years of deck coating experience

Waterproofing systems experience

Balcony and deck restoration experience

Dry rot repair knowledge

Structural repair or rough carpentry experience

Multifamily, HOA, or occupied property experience

Experience with products such as Westcoat, Life Deck, Pli-Dek, Dex-O-Tex, Desert Crete, or similar systems
