Business Operations & Financial Planning Manager

Responsibilities

As Manager of Business Operations , you’ll help drive the business behind our casino technology—leading a team, improving financial performance, and keeping operations running smoothly. Partnering with the Senior Director of Operations and teams across the business, you’ll turn insights into action and help shape how we grow.

• Lead daily operations: Oversee financial, administrative, billing, and vendor activities, keeping priorities aligned with business goals.
• Guide financial planning: Support annual budgets and forecasts, monitor revenue and expenses, and recommend adjustments to keep performance on track.
• Turn data into decisions: Analyze P&L statements, staffing costs, and budget variances to identify risks, cost savings, and growth opportunities.
• Deliver actionable reporting: Develop dashboards, KPIs, and financial and operational reports that give leadership a clear view of performance.
• Build and develop your team: Coach employees, manage performance, balance workloads, and support career development and succession planning.
• Own billing oversight: Ensure billing is accurate, timely, and aligned with contracts, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain regulatory readiness: Oversee regulatory reports, records, and audit documentation to support compliance with applicable federal, state, tribal, gaming, and corporate requirements.
• Manage vendor performance: Build productive vendor relationships, monitor spending and service quality, and support vendor selection, contract reviews, and negotiations.
• Improve how we work: Identify and implement process improvements that reduce costs, strengthen controls, and improve service.
• Partner to solve problems: Work with Finance, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and executive leadership to remove roadblocks, manage changing priorities, and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in business operations, financial analysis, or operational management, with a strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Previous people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance documentation; gaming or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing billing, financial controls, or related operational processes, with demonstrated success improving efficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience using ERP, financial planning, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial and operational data into clear recommendations.
