If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love juggling multiple priorities, and have a knack for Excel and clear communication, we want to meet you. What you’ll do Answer phones and emails while keeping our crews, clients, and leadership in sync File and organize critical documents, claims, and project trackers Own data entry and spreadsheet management, with strong Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas and data tables are your playground) Assist with tracking restoration projects, supporting claims, and preparing management reports Tackle daily administrative tasks that keep the office humming What you bring Previous office/administrative experience (required) Fluent English (written & spoken); Spanish is a plus Confident Excel skills, stellar organization, and clear communication Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multitask without missing details A fast‑learning mindset and appreciation for teamwork, safety, integrity, and excellence Interested?
