In this role, you will be leading a team of engineers supporting projects across the ES Sector which includes:Industrial Engineering skills - bound problems, calculate ROI and create holistic engaging summary PPTs.Robotics and Automation skills and acumen - fluency in R&A capabilities laptop and multi-meter in hand.Consulting Skills - culturally immerse in Business Areas - "Go to the work" - help them bound problems.Organizational skills - operate effectively in the BAE matrix organization following the values and protocols.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering technologyA minimum of 5 years of engineering management experienceOR a Masters degree in a related field with 3 years of engineering management experienceBroad organizational exposure and experienceFocused Robotics, Automation and Industrial Engineering experienceExcellent file management skill using OneDrive, Teams and SharepointStrong PPT development skills using relevant technical artifacts as visualsExperience presenting complex technical information to leadershipAbility to obtain a secret clearancePreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsPMP certifiedAPICS certifiedSix Sima certification(s)Licensed professional engineer - PEPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
