Experienced In-Home Sales Professionals Wanted

4 State Home Improvements is expanding our Walk-In Tub Division and is looking for an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to serve the Oklahoma City market and surrounding communities .

This is a Road Warrior sales position for an experienced salesperson who enjoys working independently, doesn't need to be micromanaged, and genuinely enjoys working with seniors.

Our representatives help seniors, veterans, homeowners with mobility challenges, and their families find solutions that can make bathing safer and help people remain comfortable and independent in their homes.

If you're an experienced in-home closer who wants the company to provide the opportunity, product, training and support — and then let you do what you know how to do — sell — we'd like to talk.

This Is NOT an Entry-Level Sales Position

Previous in-home sales experience is required.

We are not looking to teach someone how to sell in the home from scratch.

New representatives complete a one-day virtual training class covering our walk-in tub products, pricing, paperwork and sales process.

Then you're out in the field.

You should already know how to:

• Run an in-home sales appointment
• Establish trust and rapport quickly
• Conduct a needs analysis
• Present a high-ticket home improvement product
• Discuss investment and financing options
• Handle objections
• Ask for the sale
• Complete paperwork accurately
• Manage your appointments and territory independently

Your Oklahoma City Territory

Your home base will be the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma metropolitan area .

This is not a desk job.

Representatives should be prepared to run appointments throughout a regional territory, generally within approximately a two-hour radius of their home .

That may include opportunities throughout central Oklahoma, western Oklahoma, northern Oklahoma, southern Kansas and surrounding communities .

The territory may include Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Stillwater, Shawnee, Yukon, El Reno and other surrounding communities, depending on available appointments.

There will occasionally be opportunities to travel outside your normal territory based on company needs and available appointments.

For approved overnight assignments, lodging is available , along with applicable travel support.

You must enjoy being on the road and be comfortable managing yourself without someone standing over your shoulder.

A significant portion of our customers are seniors who are considering a walk-in tub because getting into and out of a traditional bathtub has become difficult or because they are planning ahead so they can remain in their home.

You'll often be helping a homeowner and their family make an important decision about safety, comfort and independence.

We want representatives who can build that trust while still confidently asking for the business.

Compensation & Incentives

4 State Home Improvements offers a highly competitive performance-based compensation opportunity for experienced in-home sales professionals.

Our compensation program includes:

• Strong commission opportunity

This is a performance-driven sales position. Your income will depend on your ability to run appointments professionally and close business.

What You Must Have

The following are requirements for this position :

• Previous in-home sales experience — REQUIRED
• iPad with active cellular service — REQUIRED
• Valid driver's license — REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation — REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision — REQUIRED
• Willingness to work throughout a regional territory — REQUIRED
• Willingness to occasionally travel outside your normal market — REQUIRED
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends when homeowner appointments require it — REQUIRED
• Strong communication and closing skills — REQUIRED
• Professional appearance and demeanor — REQUIRED
• Ability and willingness to work with seniors and their families — REQUIRED
• Ability to successfully complete the one-day virtual training — REQUIRED

iPad Requirement

Because this is a mobile, technology-driven sales position, representatives must have an iPad with active cellular service available for use in the field.

The iPad will be used for sales-related activities, communication, customer information, paperwork and other aspects of the sales process.

An iPad with cellular service must be available before beginning field appointments.

Who We're Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates with previous in-home sales experience involving:

• Walk-in tubs
• Bathroom remodeling
• Windows
• Roofing
• Siding
• HVAC
• Solar
• Water treatment
• Other high-ticket home improvement products

Experience specifically selling walk-in tubs is a plus, but it is not required.

Successful high-ticket in-home sales experience is required.
