Service Estimator  - HVAC /Plumbing

Position Overview
The Service Estimator Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the estimation process for service projects, ensuring accurate and timely quotes are provided to clients. This role involves collaborating with various teams to assess project requirements and deliver estimates that align with customer expectations and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and service teams to gather project specifications and requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for service projects, including labor, materials, and time.
• Review technical specifications and mechanical systems to ensure proper understanding and compliance.
• Review blueprints and develop estimates based on installation procedures.
• Ensure all estimates adhere to building codes and regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to explain estimates and address any inquiries.
• Monitor project budgets and adjust estimates as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in estimating and project management, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
• Blueprint reading, HVAC
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
