Job DescriptionConstruction Estimator – Lead High-End Waterfront and Outdoor Service Builds\nJob Overview\n\n \n Company: Lancaster’s Custom Dock & Lift Systems, Inc.\n \n Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00/year (based on experience).\n \n Location: Troutman, NC (Lake Norman area).\n \n Job/Employment Type: Full Time.\n \n Schedule: Monday – Friday.\n \n Project Scope: High-End Outdoor & Waterfront Construction.\n \n Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required.\n\nThe Opportunity You will serve as a technical anchor for preconstruction, transforming complex architectural visions into precise, actionable financial blueprints for elite waterfront structures.
