We are currently seeking an Associate Director of Education to join our team at our Phoenix campus. In this role you will support the Director of Education in managing and leading the campus Education Team by overseeing the delivery of quality educational programs and the development and implementation of effective strategies to meet campus student retention, completion, and licensure goals. Responsibilities Comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures. Assist the Director of Education in supervising and managing faculty members and staff. Recruit, train, and develop faculty members and staff. Conduct classroom observations on a regular basis. Work with faculty members to perform curriculum reviews to improve quality of instruction. Prepare class schedules to optimize class size for an effective student learning experience. Work with the Director of Education to ensure all students are advised on a regular basis regarding their progress. Advise, coach, and monitor all students at risk of violating attendance or academic progress policies. Help administer student surveys and ensure their timely review; prepare action plans to address concerns and feedback gathered through such surveys. Monitor campus‑level metrics related to retention, attendance, and completion outcomes to meet campus and organizational objectives. Assist with management of the Education department budget, including staff, faculty, and resource allocation to ensure effective operations and meet critical targets and goals in student retention, completion, and active earning population. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of combined management, teaching, and education administration experience. Successful track record of effective teaching, curriculum development, and education administration. Above‑average user skills in computer and information technology (e.g., student database, social media, online educational resources). Excellent interpersonal skills.
