Base pay range $65.00/hr - $70.00/hr General Info: US Citizens or GC Holders only Must be on our W2- no C2C Hybrid- St. Louis, MO 63103 Position Summary: We are seeking a Network & Systems Administrator with a solid foundation in networking and endpoint security to join a hands-on, fast-paced infrastructure team. This position supports provisioning, securing, and troubleshooting devices in an enterprise environment and works closely with network engineers and field technicians. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting project-based workloads and willing to grow into the role, with opportunities to be exposed to new technologies early in their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Provision, configure, and support network devices (e.g., Cisco, Nokia) across various projects- scale may vary from 5 to 100+ devices weekly. Perform basic network troubleshooting (e.g., device connectivity, ping failures) and escalate as needed. Apply system patches, upgrades, and assist with the rollout of new software or device configurations. Monitor and maintain endpoint security and system stability. Collaborate with network engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and field technicians to execute project deliverables. Ensure compliance with security and infrastructure best practices. Participate in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery efforts. Help document systems, processes, and configuration standards. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience in systems administration or infrastructure support. Familiarity with endpoint security practices and tools. Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field — OR equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. Ability to work fully onsite and pivot between projects depending on demand. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certification. Experience working on IT infrastructure or cybersecurity projects. Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). Experience in high-compliance environments or with secure systems. Soft Skills & Work Style: Comfortable working in a highly dynamic, project-based environment (95% project work). Strong communication skills to coordinate across technical teams. Willingness to learn and grow into the role if hired at a lower level. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
