Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available support resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that outline client-specific goals and interventions.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate client care effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to develop immediate safety plans when necessary.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational classes to empower clients through shared experiences and information.

In this role, you will serve a varied client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
