Abrí mi agencia en 2026 y somos una agencia nueva que está creciendo. State Farm me reclutó para convertirme en agente, y estoy entusiasmado por formar un equipo sólido desde cero. Tengo una licenciatura en contabilidad, así como una maestría en administración de empresas (MBA). Estoy casado y tengo hijos. Fuera del trabajo, disfruto pasar tiempo con amigos, jugar a las cartas, viajar y mantenerme activo. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
Como Gerente de Cuentas - Miembro del Equipo del Agente de State Farm para Baseem Taraji - State Farm Agent, eres una parte fundamental de nuestras operaciones comerciales diarias y del éxito de nuestros clientes. Ayudas a hacer crecer nuestra agencia mediante relaciones significativas con los clientes y actuando como enlace entre las necesidades de los clientes y los diferentes departamentos de la agencia. Mejoras la vida de nuestros clientes al promocionar de manera proactiva productos y servicios relevantes. Desarrolla tu carrera mientras contribuyes a mejorar tu comunidad. Como profesional atento, sociable y orientado a las ventas, estamos encantados de tenerte en nuestro equipo. RESPONSABILIDADES
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con los clientes para impulsar la retención y el crecimiento.
- Realizar revisiones de pólizas y brindar recomendaciones a los clientes.
- Supervisar la resolución de problemas complejos de los clientes.
- Utilizar tus conocimientos sobre nuestros productos de seguros para recomendar, explicar y vender pólizas tanto a clientes potenciales que no han tenido contacto previo con nosotros como a aquellos que ya han mostrado interés.
- Se prefiere experiencia en ventas de seguros o administración de cuentas.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y relaciones interpersonales.
- Historial comprobado de cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas.
- Disposición para participar en conversaciones de ventas.
- Se prefiere dominio bilingüe de español, polaco o árabe.
