Employee Relations Investigations Manager

Position Overview Employee Relations Investigations Manager within PNC’s Human Resource organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; and Cleveland, OH. The role manages day‑to‑day activities and provides strategic support for employee relations investigations, designing, planning, and implementing the organization’s employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. The manager maintains positive communication with employees, implements corrective action plans, and conducts investigative procedures in response to violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day activities and strategic support of employee relations investigations. Design, plan, and implement employee relations programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistent application. Maintain positive relationships with employees to promote satisfaction and a healthy work environment. Implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and provide guidance to prevent recurrence. Conduct investigative procedures in response to violations. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. The role requires a university or college degree (or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience). Industry experience is typically 8+ years, with at least 5 years of prior management experience. Higher level education such as a Master’s degree or PhD is desirable.
