This includes establishing, designating, and coordinating mail routes, mail stops and schedules, across multiple campuses and learning centers. Creates an updated reference list of current employees and their assigned mail stop at each campus. Transports and delivers parcels, interdepartmental and U.S. mail, according to College and U.S. Postal Service requirements and regulations, along a specific route to designated mail stops on each campus. Uses handheld electronic logging and chain of custody tracking system to scan, route, record and track deliveries to specified locations and make photographic records documenting deliveries.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; one year of experience related to materials handling including tracking and delivery. Basic knowledge of computer data entry/retrieval procedures.Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Oregon, and possess an acceptable driving record including three years of accident-free driving, with no recent moving violations.Must acquire Forklift Operator certification within six months of employment.Preferred Qualifications - These qualifications, skills and abilities are critical for success in this position. Throughout the screening process, you will be evaluated based on the demonstration of these qualifications:1. Experience in Logistics, warehousing & deliveries.2. Experience in mail sorting & delivery.3.
