Consult with individuals, families, and business owners to identify their insurance needs. Present customized solutions for Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance. Develop referral partnerships and become a trusted resource within the local community. Consistently follow a proven sales process to exceed monthly production goals. Deliver exceptional customer service that creates long-term client relationships. What Makes You Successful Proven success in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or account management. Highly competitive with a strong desire to win and exceed goals. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills. Strong organization, follow-up, and time management. Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team. Insurance experience is helpful but not required—we provide industry-leading training.
