Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to create positive first impressions while supporting customer engagement and sales opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, presenting information, and contributing to a welcoming, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
- Provide information about products and services to interested customers.
- Identify customer needs and direct them toward appropriate solutions.
- Support customer engagement and promotional activities.
- Assist with sales opportunities generated through customer interactions.
- Assist with promotional materials and customer information.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Confident interacting with customers and visitors.
- Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk support is a plus but not required.
