We are looking for a dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our apparel manufacturing team. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing front desk coverage with hands-on administrative and Human Resources support in a busy workplace. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, a service-minded approach, and the ability to stay organized while assisting employees, visitors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, applicants, suppliers, and team members with a detail-oriented approach and ensure a positive arrival experience.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, respond to inbound calls promptly, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Oversee visitor sign-in activity, maintain accurate guest records, and support front office security and check-in procedures.
• Keep the reception area, meeting spaces, and shared front office areas orderly, presentable, and prepared for daily use.
• Sort, receive, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and packages to the correct recipients across the organization.
• Provide support for onboarding by coordinating interviews, preparing orientation materials, and assisting with new employee paperwork.
• Maintain organized HR files, update employee documentation, and help prepare employment-related letters, reports, and administrative records.
• Assist with employee programs, training sessions, wellness activities, recognition efforts, and other HR initiatives that support engagement.
• Handle sensitive employee information with discretion while providing day-to-day administrative assistance and special project support to the Human Resources team.• Experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role within a fast-paced business environment.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and manage high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
• Familiarity with Human Resources administrative tasks such as recordkeeping, onboarding coordination, or interview scheduling.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused and welcoming approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with employee records and other sensitive information.
• Spanish language skills are preferred and would be beneficial when assisting a diverse workforce and visitors.
