Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Pilates Sessions: Lead fun, effective, and transformative Pilates sessions for individual clients and group classes that align with our values of compassion, community, and continuous improvement.Client Interaction: Provide personalized, supportive attention to clients, including pre-session check-ins to understand individual needs, progress assessments, and encouraging after-session support.Team Collaboration: Participate in paid team meetings, contribute fresh ideas for studio improvement, and work together to foster a community that thrives on support and creativity.Social Media Engagement: Help us showcase what makes Reforming Foundations special! Assist with social media efforts by sharing class highlights, success stories, and promoting the positive vibes that make our studio shine. Be comfortable being featured in or creating content for our platforms.Client Progress Tracking: Keep client care at its best by maintaining detailed SOAP notes and updating client records after each session to track progress and ensure every client feels seen and valued.Studio Cleanliness: Contribute to keeping our space clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist with cleanliness tasks and ensure equipment is properly cared for before and after classesso every client feels that special Reforming Foundations touch.Community Engagement: Take part in photo shoots, community events, and other activities that strengthen our studios connection with our local community.
