Are you a people-first leader who thrives on helping teams reach their full potential? Piper Creek Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Hospital Manager who’s passionate about team culture, operational excellence, and delivering standout employee, client and patient care.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Managing DVM to lead day-to-day operations and shape a thriving, high-performing clinic environment. You’ll help us drive results, develop your team, and ensure delivery of an empathetic, seamless and energetic client experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with a balance of heart and strategy, developing a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentorship, and fostering a positive culture.
• Own hospital operations including (but not limited to) payroll, inventory, policy compliance, PIMS administration and reporting, landlord liaison, facility management, health and safety, and vendor relationships.
• Own financial accountability for hospital operations, including income statement analysis, forecasting, budget planning, and using key metrics to measure and drive financial performance.
• Collaborate with the Managing DVM to support staffing needs, from hiring and onboarding, to performance management and team building.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience, resolving issues with compassion, professionalism and focused on solutions.
• Use your problem-solving and planning skills to manage costs, optimize revenue, and support long-term success.
• Manage projects & initiatives in collaboration with Manager of Regional Operations and Support Centre.
• Lead through ambiguity with confidence, courage, and clarity, knowing when to adapt, when to push forward, and how to keep the team aligned through change.

• 3+ years of experience leading and managing in a multi-departmental setting.
