Senior Accountant

Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Little Rock to identify an experienced Senior Accountant for an interim assignment. This 2–3 month opportunity is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to dive into critical financial processes during a busy season. Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process Review and audit internal documentation for accuracy and compliance Reconcile balance sheet accounts and assist in variance analysis Generate and analyze inventory reports to ensure proper valuation and controls Support internal reporting and management requests with detailed Excel analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial integrity and reporting accuracy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) 3–9 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing or related industries Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel —including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Experience with Workwise Accounting Software (or similar ERP systems) preferred Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently For more information, please apply directly or reach out to Sam Swensen at View email address on click.appcast.io Arkansas Talent Group is an Executive Permanent Placement Recruitment Firm, all considerations will be held confidential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
