Senior IT Project Manager

Salary: $70,000 - 73,000 per year Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in project or portfolio management and strategic management
• Experience working in a large, complex organization
• Strong understanding of marketing business processes and CRM platforms
• Working knowledge of AI fundamentals, delivery, governance, and security
• Experience with Agile technology environments and rapid prototyping
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across management levels
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking a hands-on approach
• A bachelors degree is preferred, particularly in a field related to insurance or marketing
• Relevant certifications are a plus

• Lead and manage AI initiatives, including marketing support, multilingual content, and AI agents for web properties
• Coordinate technology and development teams with business stakeholders to support successful project delivery
• Support technology for marketing and AI initiatives across the organization
• Work in Agile technology environments and oversee rapid prototyping
• Bridge business and technology teams through effective communication with developers and stakeholders
• Manage evolving initiatives and keep them aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Ireland, with flexibility to accommodate working hours
• Ensure initiatives follow AI governance, delivery, and security standards
