responsibilities:

• Support formulation development, process optimization, and product characterization for cell therapy products.
• Perform aseptic cell culture and tissue culture techniques within a biosafety cabinet (BSC).
• Execute cell-based assays and analyze experimental data to summarize findings clearly.
• Contribute to the development and simulation of clinical administration procedures.
• Maintain compliant experimental records and draft study protocols/reports under scientific guidance.

qualifications:

Required:

• BS with 5+ years of laboratory experience OR MS with 2+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with aseptic tissue culture techniques in a BSC.
• Solid understanding of cell biology and cell-based assays.
• Direct knowledge and experience with CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) development.

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience with flow cytometry, cryopreservation, and controlled-rate freezing.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like GraphPad Prism and JMP.
