Job Title: Technician The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment and completing necessary preventive maintenance and repairs. The role involves rebuilding various plant and process equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and other related equipment. Additionally, the Technician will repair, rebuild, and replace hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, understand flow controls, and possess both mechanical and electrical inclinations.- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in machinery and equipment.- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant and process equipment.- Rebuild pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and other related equipment.- Repair and replace hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.- Understand flow controls and demonstrate mechanical and electrical inclinations.

Essential Skills- Proficiency in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.- Experience with preventive maintenance and repair services.- Skilled in using tools like multimeter and voltmeter.- Knowledge of industrial, food, and electronics systems.- Electrical troubleshooting skills, Comfortable standing, walking, and climbing stairs for long periods.- Proficiency in English reading and writing.- High level of welding, electrical, or mechanical skills is a plus.- Flexibility to work various shifts as plant and business needs arise.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.93 - $30.40/hr.
