Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred. 5+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing salaried direct reports. Formalized training in lean manufacturing and materials management with demonstrated practical application. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing best practices, KPIs, and advanced production methods. Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives while maintaining focus on day-to-day operations and production targets. A creative and collaborative problem solver with the ability to develop innovative solutions and gain stakeholder buy-in. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for building and developing teams.
