Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Title: Logistics Operations Specialist Company: RAPID TRANSPORT SERVICES, LLC Pay Range This range is provided by RAPID TRANSPORT SERVICES, LLC. Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage day to day transportation operations including but not limited to: load building, dispatching, tracking, & scheduling shipments Ensure all required shipping documentation is prepared and accurate Maintain effective and professional communication both internally and externally within a timely manner Assist with cost negotiation on shipments Maintain strong customer relationships Other tasks as assigned by manager Requirements College degree preferred, but high school diploma or some college would be considered Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) Strong interpersonal skills needed to deal courteously with co-workers and customers Organizational skills required and ability to effectively prioritize work to meet required deadlines Must be detail oriented and exhibit a high degree of accuracy Must have a friendly phone voice with a positive attitude Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills MUST be available to work full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. 100% in-office.
