Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate

Part-Time  |  Field-Based / Remote  |  Southside • Peninsula • Richmond Metro  |  $20/hr + Gas Card + Bonus  |  Reports to the Owner

Two Maids is growing across Southeast Virginia, and we need people on the ground to grow with us. We're hiring up to three Brand Ambassador / Sales Associates to be our face in the community — building relationships, opening doors, and turning conversations into customers across the Southside, Peninsula, and Richmond Metro service area.

Two Maids is a residential cleaning franchise serving homeowners across Southeast Virginia, with offices in Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Richmond. We're locally operated, growth-focused, and known for reliability and quality service. As we expand, our next chapter depends on getting our name in front of more homeowners, realtors, and community groups — which is exactly what this role is built for.

About the Role

This is an outward-facing, relationship-driven sales and marketing role. Success 12 months in looks like an established network of referral partners, a consistent presence at recurring networking groups, and a steady pipeline of new customers you can trace directly back to your efforts in the field. You'll work independently, set your own schedule around key events and meetings, and report directly to the owner on results.

What You'll Do

•        Represent Two Maids at BNI chapters, Two-Twelve meetings, Chamber of Commerce events, and other business networking meetups throughout the service area

•        Build and maintain referral partnerships with complementary local businesses

•        Prospect and cold call to build relationships with realtors, HOA associations, and women's/mom groups across the territory

•        Own your own calendar of events, meetings, and outreach across Southside, Peninsula, and Richmond Metro

•        Track leads, partnerships, and outcomes, and report results directly to the owner

•        Represent the Two Maids brand professionally at every stop — you are often the first impression of the company

What We're Looking For

Required:

•        Prior experience in sales, marketing, social media management or business development

•        Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision

•        Strong interpersonal and networking skills — you enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations

•        Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license (travel across the service area is required)

•        Based in or able to regularly travel throughout Southeast Virginia (Southside, Peninsula, or Richmond Metro)

Compensation & Benefits

•        $20/hour, part-time

•        Gas card to cover mileage and travel across the territory
