We are seeking motivated construction laborers to join our team at the Saticoy Willscot/Mobile Mini location. This role requires hands-on construction experience and a strong work ethic. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to various construction projects with the potential for this temporary project to become a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties in construction environments.
• Assist with framing and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely.
• Engage in heavy lifting and support installation processes.
• Contribute to rough carpentry and general handyman tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in framing and construction labor.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge in carpet installation and commercial construction.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform heavy lifting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• General handyman experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with installation processes in construction settings.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a construction environment with a Monday to Friday shift starting at 6:30 am. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including steel toe boots, which candidates must provide. The client will supply additional necessary PPE.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ventura, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
