RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Achieve mutually agreed upon sales and marketing goals. Effectively prospect existing and new customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
