Job Duties Summary Allied National Services, a leading provider of facility maintenance services nationwide, is seeking a dependable and motivated Account Coordinator to join our Service Department. The Account Coordinator supports our Account Management team with the day-to-day coordination of facility maintenance services for our clients. This role works directly with customers, technicians, and service providers to schedule services, manage work orders, resolve issues, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. What You’ll Do Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch facility maintenance service calls nationwide. Communicate with clients, technicians, and service providers by phone and email. Track and manage work orders from initial request through completion. Prioritize service requests based on urgency, deadlines, and client requirements. Follow up with service providers to ensure work is completed on time and meets expectations. Provide clients with service updates and assist with resolving issues or escalations. Source and onboard new service providers when additional coverage is needed. Review vendor quotes, invoices, and required service documentation. Maintain accurate client, vendor, and work order records. Support Account Managers with day-to-day account and service needs. Minimum Education Required Highschool Diploma Required. Associates Or Bachelors Degree Preferred. Minimum Experience Required What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Resourceful, assertive, and comfortable solving problems. Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Previous customer service, coordination, dispatch, facilities experience, restaurant, retail experience is a plus.
