Trauma-Informed Residential Supervisor (Bilingual)

The Urban League of Rhode Island is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to ensure safety and professional guidance for residents. The ideal candidate will supervise TST Milieu Counselors, collaborate with management and foster a stable environment. Qualified applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a social work-related field or relevant experience and demonstrate excellent communication and cultural sensitivity.
